An ambitious CSR trajectory
In 2024, the GROUPE IDEC carried out its 2nd carbon assessment, confirming its objective of reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2030. This ambition is reflected in the application of concrete solutions to its projects: use of timber frames, integration of low-carbon steel, deployment of heat pumps and widespread use of low-carbon energy installations.

An ECOVADIS assessment
In order to measure the actions integrated into its CSR approach, the GROUPE IDEC has initiated an ECOVADIS evaluation. With this approach, the group is giving itself the means to analyse its applied actions and draw up an ambitious roadmap to further improve its impact on more social, responsible and sustainable development.
A year of solidarity in 2024
In 2024, the GROUPE IDEC pursued its social commitments through concrete actions in favour of solidarity and inclusion. Mobilised around the values of sharing and generosity, its teams took part in several initiatives. Participation in DuoDay helped to promote the integration of people with disabilities. A toy collection, organised with the CéKeDuBonheur association, offered a moment of comfort to children in hospital. For Pink October, the GROUPE IDEC renewed its support for the Institut Curie, through awareness campaigns and a donation for research.
The CAMPUS by GROUPE IDEC, a showcase for GROUPE IDEC’s commitments
The CAMPUS by GROUPE IDEC embodies the company’s commitment to sustainable development, quality of working life and community involvement. With Osmoz certification, this project reflects the GROUPE IDEC’s desire to promote the well-being, inclusion and quality of life at work of its employees and park users. Awarded the Biodivercity label at the Excellent level (the 3rd park in France to obtain this score), the group illustrates its ambition to develop operations that preserve biodiversity with landscaping that respects the environment and incorporates a sustainable and renewable energy mix.

A unique project in France
Sport, a lever for cohesion
Sport plays a central role in the GROUPE IDEC, as a vehicle for strong values such as surpassing oneself, cohesion and well-being. In 2024, several highlights illustrated this commitment: an inter-company challenge brought together more than 40 employees in a collective dynamic, the Ekiden strengthened team spirit, and three employees had the opportunity to take part in the marathon for all organised as part of the Paris Olympic Games.
