A 360° vision of real estate
“In 25 years, the IDEC GROUP has developed and structured itself by anticipating the trends and challenges of its clients and partners”
A major player in turnkey industrial and logistics engineering
Turnkey engineering has been a constant growth driver for the GROUPE IDEC since its founding 25 years ago. Initially focused on logistics, the group quickly expanded its design and construction expertise into complementary growth sectors: agri-food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, services, high-tech, and manufacturing.
In an effort to adapt to its clients’ challenges, the group, through its Engineering Division, has also strengthened its support with additional high-value-added services: architecture and interior design, sustainable development, maintenance, and process engineering.
Process engineering: a real vector of development
To meet all of its clients’ challenges, the GROUPE IDEC has been developing turnkey industrial projects for several years, integrating the building and the equipment, tools, and processes required for production activities. This approach aims to optimize the link between the building and the process from the project design stage, with everything being fully internalized by the GROUPE IDEC’s engineering subsidiaries.

An expert developer serving low-carbon reindustrialization
With the redevelopment of a 250 Ha industrial-port brownfield site in Fos-sur-Mer (13), the GROUPE IDEC offers an overview of its expertise in land development adapted to the major challenges of low-carbon reindustrialization. Complete decontamination of this former petrochemical site, respect for diversified environmental issues (maritime and land), multimodal strategy, the GROUPE IDEC, with its subsidiary FAUBOURG AMENAGEMENT, makes Fos-sur-Mer (13) a showcase for establishing large green industries: ELYSE ENERGY, MARCEGEGLIA, GRAVITHY.

GRAVITHY: 2.2 billion euros of investment in Fos-sur-Mer (13)
Since the creation of GRAVITHY, the GROUPE IDEC has been at its side with its various entities: GROUPE IDEC INVEST Innovation, present in the company’s capital, FAUBOURG AMÉNAGEMENT for the development and leasing of a 75-hectare plot of land, supported by the real estate investor GROUPE IDEC INVEST. Accompanied by other major partners, the company will ultimately generate 500 direct jobs and will be able to produce two million tons of low-carbon iron per year.
An essential real estate developer
For 20 years, the GROUPE IDEC has anticipated the role of land as a true lever for the development of real estate projects. With a presence throughout the country, the group, through its subsidiary FAUBOURG PROMOTION, leverages significant land ownership to support its clients’ future logistics, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
With an eye toward the future, the group emphasizes mixed-use developments, which promote a diversity of activities within a single space, creating value across the region. This approach, which is part of a land-efficient logistics approach, relies heavily on an innovative development concept that emphasizes verticality.

A vertical development project for an innovative company
The multi-level project developed by FAUBOURG PROMOTION for the CAILABS company stands out as a new vision for real estate. Designed on a former industrial wasteland, some of whose materials will be used for the project’s construction, integrating renewable energy, this project also benefited from programming work with various stakeholders to contribute to the decarbonization of transport-related flows in the city center.
A leading investor
With nearly €1.5 billion in real estate projects financed for its clients, the GROUPE IDEC is a leading real estate investor. This support translates into true financial engineering to offer tailor-made investment or co-investment solutions tailored to their business.
Through its subsidiary GROUPE IDEC INVEST, the group also stands out for its commitment to supporting innovative industrial projects in the data, green energy, and innovative technology sectors. This is particularly the case for the AVENTECH and INJECT POWER projects, startups from the GROUPE IDEC INVEST Innovation fund.
INJECT POWER: a pioneer in miniature batteries for healthcare
Five years after its creation, INJECT POWER, a startup integrated into the GROUPE IDEC INVEST Innovation Fund, will acquire a production site to produce powerful, rechargeable microbatteries to power medical devices. As thin as a hair, they will enable continuous monitoring of patients with heart conditions.
A complete energy offer
To meet the challenge of the ecological transition, the GROUPE IDEC offers a range of innovative solutions to decarbonize its projects, both for its clients and for local areas. With GROUPE IDEC ENR, the GROUPE IDEC offers low-carbon energy solutions. From green mobility to geothermal and photovoltaic energy, the group adopts an energy mix that is part of a global approach with a concept of collective self-consumption.
The GROUPE IDEC is also committed to the energy transformation of existing buildings with innovative solarization solutions. Leveraging the technology of HELIUP, a startup within the GROUPE IDEC INVEST Innovation fund, GROUPE IDEC ENR aims to become a major player in the solarization of existing projects.

HELIUP: an ultra-lightweight solution for solarizing existing buildings
To address the challenges of the energy transition in existing buildings, HELIUP, a startup supported by the GROUPE IDEC INVEST Innovation Fund, has developed and industrialized a solar panel that is 60% lighter than a traditional system. This allows most existing projects to be solarized without the need for major structural modifications. The deployment of this solution, integrated into GROUPE IDEC’s ENR Solar offering, represents considerable business potential in the coming years.
